Thanksgiving Play at THA: T.H.A.N.K.S. M.E.
Nicole Zareski's fifth grade class at Temple Hill Academy is studying Reader's Theater and performed a Thanksgiving play called T.H.A.N.K.S. M.E. The play is about a robot named T.H.A.N.K.S. M.E. that teaches a class of students all about the meaning of Thanksgiving. T.H.A.N.K.S. M.E. has an Imaginary Generator button that allows the class to see back in time when the Pilgrims came to America and met the Native Americans. It also allows the students to see Abraham Lincoln, who is the President responsible for setting Thanksgiving as the last ¶¹ÄÌÊÓƵ in November. The play ends when the students' teacher arrives back in class and all the actors in Zareski's class go around and share what they are thankful for this year.
