Newburgh Free Library Has Over 400 People Sign up for Digital Library Cards!
If you don't already have a library card, sign up for a ! Access eBooks, audiobooks, music, movies, and digital resources from home!
The Newburgh Free Library will be offering weekly virtual programs for Adults. These programs will include popular craft programs like home knitting and weaving projects, simple cook along recipes, and chats with members of the community about resources and services available during the COVID19 outbreak. Look for links to these programs on the Calendar of Events at newburghlibrary.org as well as on our Facebook page. Find the Newburgh Free Library’s collection of Virtual Programs all in one place! Click on the “Virtual Programs” button on our to access our for Kids & Teens and Adults. This is a directory to the programs for all ages that have been created and/or presented by staff at the Newburgh Free Library via online platforms and may be alternatives to originally scheduled programming or original content for you to enjoy. Our virtual programs also include those presented by outside performers and sponsored by the Library. We will be adding videos and other online content on a regular basis, so check back here often for fun, informative and creative content!

The staff at the Newburgh Free Library are here to assist with the diverse needs throughout the community. Wifi @ the Library -While we are closed, free Wifi is still available along the perimeter of the Main Library building at 124 Grand Street. There is also a solar charging station available on the bench in front of the Main Library. For use while maintaining proper social distancing protocols, of course!
Need someone to review your resume and give you tips on how to make it better? Send a copy of your resume in Microsoft Word to Beth at bzambito@rcls.org. Beth Zambito, Head of Adult Services, will review your document and send you back her suggestions and edits. Include your phone number if you would like to discuss your resume by phone. Expect a response within 24 hours.
