US Army Staff Sergeant Discusses Memorial Day with Students
On Tuesday, May 25, 2021, US Army Staff Sergeant Eddie Torres, brother of THA's Elementary School Counselor, Mrs. Vilma Torres-Pagán, visited with Ms. Morgan's 2nd grade in-person and virtual students. He led a discussion on the history of Memorial Day and enthusiastically engaged in conversations with the students about life in the military. The students were thrilled to have a real-life soldier in their presence!
