COVID-19 Booster Vaccine Appointments at SUNY Orange Newburgh Campus
The Orange County Department of Health will be providing booster doses of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines to eligible New York State residents at Kaplan Hall, SUNY Orange Newburgh Campus on Monday, December 20, 2021. Interested individuals must schedule an appointment to receive their booster dose.

Registering for an appointment online is quick and easy.
- You will need access to a computer or smartphone with internet capabilities and an e-mail address. If you do not have an e-mail address, you may ask a friend or family member to register on your behalf utilizing their e-mail.
- Click on the link above to register and schedule the time of your appointment.
- Once you are done registering, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and you will need to bring ALL of the following items with you on the date of your appointment:
- E-mail, Screen Shot, or Hard Copy of your appointment ticket. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within 1-2 hours of registering, it is likely something went wrong in the registration process. Please return to the link and register again.
- A valid Government issued photo ID such as a Driver’s License or a Non-Driver’s License with a New York State address. You may use a non-expired Passport for photo ID but you will need to show proof of New York State residency by bring a utility bill or bank statement with your name and address.
Once an appointment has been confirmed, City of Newburgh residents can call 845-569-7420 to arrange FREE TRANSPORTATION to and from their appointment.
Residents who do not have access to a computer and need assistance scheduling their vaccine appointment, should call the Orange County Department of Health at 845-291-2330.
