Scholars in Gardnertown ESYP Create Tie Dye Shirts
The 2022 ESYP (Extended School Year Program) is coming to a close and scholars at Gardnertown Leadership Academy are having a blast. On Wednesday, August 10th, the students in Ms. Feeley and Ms. Hernandez' ESYP class created tie dye shirts. The two-day process began with the students taking brand new white t-shirts, strategically positioning rubberbands around the balled up shirts and saturating them with different color dyes. The scholars then set their shirts to dry. The next day, the students took their now dry, balled up t-shirts outside for the big unveiling. The process and results can be seen below:
