Exceptional Learners Offers Parent Counseling and Training
Sessions will be held virtually on October 3rd at 10 am or October 12th at 6 pm. Please visit the district's website for more information including how to sign up to attend this virtual offering.
This free training is part of our Education Advocacy Transition workshops for students with disabilities of all ages and their parents/guardians. For your convenience, we have set up 2 sessions (am/pm) to accommodate varying schedules.
Virtual session via ZOOM-Link will be emailed up receipt of RSVP to lcohen@myindependentliving.org.
Our training series is designed to help parents and students develop as self-advocates by learning the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate special education and transition to adult services. Copy of Powerpoint is available in Spanish on request.
