Meadow Hill GEM School

Our Programs

Meadow Hill Global Explorations School is located at 124 Meadow Hill Road in Newburgh, NY. Meadow Hill School is a K-8 school.

Meadow Hill is a school of choice that highlights student voice and advocates for students owning their learning. Our theme focuses on the whole student and places an emphasis, as early as kindergarten, that students can self advocate, take ownership of their thinking and celebrate their accomplishments. Meadow Hill supports student learning through the use of Thinking Maps, encourages growth through Student Led conferences and promotes academic discussions through accountable talk in all grades K-8.

Meadow Hill offers the following programs to further our mission of growing students that are Global, Enterprising, Moral and Successful citizens: Student Government (6-8), Character Ambassadors (K-8), Community Service Program (3 - 8), Empire State After-School Program (6-8), Recycling Program, National Junior Honor Society, Little Red Schoolhouse, Various Musical Ensembles, Peer Mediation and Student Leadership.

We also have a Parent Teacher Organization that we hope any interested parent will get involved in. You can find out more information about the PTO using the tab above.
